July 4th weekend at Folsom in Boulder is all over Phantasy Tour and Reddit as a rumor FYI.

A buddy just told me he heard Folsom Field July 4th weekend instead of Dick’s. Anyone else hear that? Seems odd to me but since I live in Boulder and turn 50 on 7/7, I wouldn’t hate that…

I can’t wait to see the reactions post Boulder Run. It’s going to be cool no question. But this won’t be anything close to the Dick’s energy. The Shakedown size, hotels will be scarce, and commutes will be a necessity vs what’s easily available and convenient for rideshare/public transport around Dick’s. I agree that this guy doesn’t speak for everyone but it’s certainly a lot easier to make Dick’s happen with it in Denver than working out the logistics for Boulder. Have fun everyone!
